And I would rather not have military vessels flying a flag other than my nations anywhere within 200 miles of my coast unless they are in a military alliance and have arrangements to do so. I would be lenient enough to allow an international identity to enter my waters should they be protecting items benefitting me, otherwise I would not be so well inclined to expose myself to a pre-emptive strike by nations using such an organization as a facade for their imperialism. I would rather be paranoid than naive, when over half the nations of the world own nuclear weapons/power with armies hundreds of thousands of men large one can never be too careful.
I have become, again and again.

Joukai supports the Military Bureau, as long as it is run by military officers rather than politicians.

I agree with this comment, we can defend our own shores and always have done. Why do we need this force to help us?

The force is not meant to patrol the coasts of member nations, but the deep sea routes our ships will be taking. Secure sea routes means more trade and lower the prices on the goods traded between our nations with the risk factor gone.
