The Aemilian calmed himself, "I am willing to take part in discussions concerning Dysanii after the unification." He then itched his scruffy beard and continued, "I would also like to suggest that Aemilian forces lead the campaign; forces which will be supplemented by DYSFOR units. I can see within the next few months a significant expansion in Aemilian land forces now that we have a foothold on the mainland; as stated previously, in terms of man power, given time, we can outstrip that of the Feniexian garrison forces. This is why we are desperate for vehicles and weapons so that we can arm as many men as possible." The Prime Minister then spoke of the condition of his own nation, "Now in respects to Valhene, I urge that you withdraw DYSFOR forces and have them concentrated on the unclaimed mainland in preparation, near the Feniexians. I will instead use the rail networks to transport a force of 30,000 Aemilian and Moacian soldiers which will defend Valhene from external threats and subdue the pro-PI minority; having Dysanii troops cleanse Valhene of traitors and defend their own people will remove any excuses PI have for armed strikes. I will also reinforce the aforementioned army with Valhene locals."
