Co-counsel? I only agreed on the conditions that there was absolutely no one else available, which does not seem to be the case here.

Ignoring the flame by Flemingovia's party, I misinterpreted.  Osafune and Templarios will be my councel then.

From what I have talked about with two justices, it seems the trial will occur after the 13th.

I've been chosen to be a witness by Gov.

Thank you, can you message me with the general gist of what your going to say as a witness. Will be kept confidential.

This region has shown you more patients then it should have. You're the sole reason none of this is moving forward. You're trying to dictate terms to the Justices. You're playing cat and mouse with your defence team. Just cut out the crap, let the trial move forward, and answer the accusations brought against you. If you're innocent, you'll get off. If you're guilty, you're gone. Simple as that.
Only in Taijitu could something this simple be so complicated.

Removing Pragmia from your defence time = suicidal.
Nobody of importance.

I don't think he his removing him, Prag was only going to be defense is no1 else would stand. Also, you saying as an 'imparal' justice that Gov has lost the trial before it has even started???

Well, what about the repeated snide and just plain bitter comments. Surely they should be stopped as they serve no benefit and just generally pointless.

Gov told me on IRC that the prosecution and defense may each desire to call upon me as a witness, but neither team has contacted me in regards to what they would like to ask or have me speak about.  I welcome any messages you would like to send my way, guys.

Secondly, if the following is accurate...

While this date is not yet final, it is my understanding that this trial will occur Friday November the 16th in #court on esper.net, beginning late that evening by GMT time.

..I may not be able to participate in the live trial regardless (as I leave work shortly after 20:00 GMT, I believe).  Would it be it permissible to, perhaps, prepare a statement in advance to be issued by one team or another on my behalf?

Yes.

Preferably, allow each to interview you.
