Because the Dysannians are not real people, who should get the land is irrelevant.  What matters most is which ruler would make for the best RP.

Hey, I'm back. After my long hiatus from the taijitu forums, I have decided to do some RP'ing to see what it is like.

Nation: Xaranistan

Population: 90 Million

Ethnicity: Russian/Slavic, but they all speak English as the national language to avoid having to learn to speak all of the 31 or so dialects.

Climate/Geography: Xaranistan has a mainland bordering some country, preferably two of them, and a similar sized island just off of the coast. Terrain is similar to Australia on the mainland, so it has semi-arid desert with the odd mountain chain, and a lush and developed coastline on both the island and the mainland. the mainland has mineral wealth, but the island is more developed and is also the location of the capital.

Society: Urbanised on the island, semi-industrialised on the mainland, which is mainly mining towns and open land with clusters of built-up cities on the coastline. Generally speaking, it is in-between a raw-resources society and an urbanised society.

"I promise to participate in National Roleplay and understand that if I do not I will be removed from the map."

I will make a wiki page sometime as well, just to put all of my nation's info on it.
Oh and this is an area that may be best for me:

The Confederacy of Joukai

Population: 96,000,000

Ethnicity: Asian (Japanese)

Somewhere with a mainland and surrounding Islands, or a Large Island surrounded by smaller ones.

Society: Somewhat of an in between, mostly agricultural but several areas of great industry

"I promise to participate in National Roleplay and understand that if I do not I will be removed from the map."

Would it be possible for me to get that purple land under Mor'os with the attached Islands?

THE ECO-REPUBLIC OF GIBIESK

Population: According to current NS statistics, Gibiesk has 258 million inhabitants.

But: I prefer to think of Gibiesk as a country of 60 million on 1-636-20677 M° (= 575,303 km² = 222,138 sq mi).
EDIT: Sorry, there was a miscalculation in the scale of the map. If the map is 5 km per pixel, Gibiesk is a country of only 1.53 million on only 22-5457 M° (= 14,558 km² = 5621 sq mi).

Ethnicity: African

Climate: Tropical (wet and dry season)

Society: Urbanized

I promise to participate in National Roleplay and understand that if I do not I will be removed from the map.

If possible, I would like to have volcanic islands shaped like this:

scale: 1 px = 5 km = 3.1 international miles = 2.8 Gibiesk miles

And this map shows the landscape:

The green areas on the map are flat, up to a height of 4 throws (approximately 150 m or 500 ft) above sea level. The orange areas are the low hills, 4-7 throws high (ca. 150-250 m or 500-850 ft). The brown areas are the higher hills. The highest "mountain" in Gibiesk is 8 throws and 28 steps high. That's 314 m or 1030 ft.

Excuse me, but the real world doesn't have vacant land for the taking, it has a lot of inactive nations that bigger governments pick on. I'm tired of people just "claiming" stuff. Take it by force, that's my opinion. Sheer, brute, military might, or RP some political manueverings and make it a protectorate.
I have become, again and again.
