I switch off between coffee and tea, but ever since I was a child I've loved milk-brewed tea. It's chai, but not the spice chai, just good black tea brewed in milk (no fair putting the milk in afterwards). The steam brings out the lactose in the milk and it's sweet without sugars.
When I order it in the coffee houses, I ask for a Cambric, but I have no idea where that name came from.
Comforting like no whiskey has ever been.
And it's just soo... sooo... mmmmMMMMMMmmmmmm.
Mm!
