Pha is all knowing.
Pha is all seeing.
Pha, being all of these things, none of these things, and everything in between, struck upon me with an idea that was both wise, and sage, and long over due.
Khem has long laboured tirelessly, selflessly, and without complaint to bring the Wisdom of the Pha to others across nationstates.
It is with taking all of these things into account that I, as one of the Three Popes of the Church of Pha bestow the title of Phather onto Khem and hereby make him The Fourth Pope.
