 As a result of surplus military spending budget, the Chancellor has ask us to use surplus funds to fund a state fuel provision to buy bio diesel from Saletsia. This contract would place you as our principle supplier of fuel.

These are the terms:

We would pay a flat sum of 300 000 000 yao for 18 month worth of bio diesel + shipment cost.

The amount of oil we receive will be base on the market price (we wish to receive discount if possible).

The Government of Saletsia with its military restructuring program has decided to decommission its 25 MiG-29S air-superiority fighters along with its 25 modernized IAI Kfrir C-10 fighters. We are still at the stages of developing our air arms facilities and organization, and we cannot operate such advance piece of equipments at present. However, we have set up a secret hangar facility to store these aircraft until we are ready. Perhaps a coincidence, but we were looking to acquire the IAI C-10. We would be glad to accept them and the air training assistance. The LAA lacks any military doctrine, hence training from your people would welcome.

We would be more than glad to train your pilots and also train them in modern tactics. If you wish, we would also train engineers. We ask you to send the pilots and engineers (if you want soem to be trained) to Bandana with the necessary papers and they shall be directly sent to our air-force academy. Training them will take about 5 years.
