We agree with the Myrorians.  Your people's wish to establish "democracy" led to a hundred years of anarchy and violent death.  Our country has been wracked by similar pains, and it will be a long struggle before order can be restored.  Democracy is antithetical to stability, and cannot be the foundation of any legitimate international system, or of any lasting alliance.

The Union of Gallipoli-China will not send a delegation, and will be delighted when this conference fails.  The best experts predict a lifetime of two months.

Oz is a Republic; Eluvatar's system is nominally transitional, but everyone knows that the King's not coming back; I'll be democratic wihtin weeks (I hope, if Xyrael gets back and we can finish the damned RP); there's Morthia; the two States of America; and of course PUR itself.  It's a fair number.
