(generic letter sent out to all democratic nations)

The beautiful nation of Uichi Ryu has invited your proud nation to join her at a conference in the opulent city of Corrina. This meeting will be to establish a league of democratic nations in the attempt to spread democracy through out taijitu. Uichi Ryu hopes to hear back from you as soon as you have the available time.

EDIT: Bustos, there are a few.

Oz is a Republic; Eluvatar's system is nominally transitional, but everyone knows that the King's not coming back; I'll be democratic wihtin weeks (I hope, if Xyrael gets back and we can finish the damned RP); there's Morthia; the two States of America; and of course PUR itself.  It's a fair number.
