Llanydern trade delegation to U.S.S.C.F.

The nation of Llanydern proposes to send an official of the third order to discuss trade and closer bonds between our two glorious nations.  Place and time we leave to your convenience.  If you consent then the official shall become a permanent ambassador to further cement the links between our two nations.

I've got a general one called Llaydern opens its doors to commerce (something like that anyway) or do you want a specific one between our nations?
