photoshop can do anything, I do mine in photoshop. I don't like fireworks, looks like an heavy loaded Paint.

I don't like Fireworks (heavy loaded Paint), I like Paint (light and simple), I love Photoshop (does everything that can be done better and faster than any other).

Let's see if I got this right.  I've been skimming through the threads trying to get myself up to speed.

3. Whatever the place you put me is.  Just let me know what that is, so I can get a better idea of my climate for RPing.

Umm, yeah, Bustos... Oz has kinda gone AWOL. We currently don't have anybody to update the map.

I'll give you the same advice I gave Geek Girl, and that's to just pick an unclaimed territory on the map, take a screen shot of it, and update your national stat page so everybody knows where you are.

FYI, most of the capitalist nations are on the Aurorean continent, the one where the nations of Myroria, Collosea, Delfos, Varkour, etc are. You could also stay close to PUR if you wanted this way.
