so recently my tensions with the OHV armada has heightened.

Due to this undeserved aggression by the OHV fleet I am as of now buying torpedoes, nuclear, unconventional, conventional doesn't matter. Also buying Nuclear Ballistic Missile submarines and Attack submarines.

One if you don't have the technology to create nucleur weapons, then don't ask for them. Because we don't sell nuclear weapons.
