Gulliver for Citizen-Sergeant

Salutations, fellow citizens! You all already know who I am and already know that I'm running for Citizen-Sergeant, so I'll cut directly to the chase.

I have been serving with my fellow soldiers in the Citizens' Militia for quite some time now and am honored to have been nominated to now lead them for the next four months. This election happened a bit sooner than expected so I don't have a full four month plan on hand, but there are some concrete things I'd like to accomplish.

First and foremost I'd like to continue the Militia's current policy of Sovereigntism, and better flesh out and strengthen the policy. I would like create a standard training manual and formalize the process of introducing new soldiers to the militia and getting them up to speed. I would also like to expand recruitment efforts for the Militia. Finally, I would like to clarify policies regarding delegating command so that there is not an another incident where militia members are uncertain whether a given order is valid or not.

That's about it for the major goals I would like to accomplish. I'll happily answer any questions you may have.

I would be happy to help with the training manual, having considerable material I am able to share for that purpose.

I like the idea of clarifying the rope of command.
