Today the government announce that the terrorists that were behind the terrible attacks on our 5 year celebration have now been arrested and the case should be going to court soon.
The other main story today is that the government plan to spend millions of extra pounds replacing some systems on our naval ships. A spokes person today announced "The phalanx and goalkeeper systems currently on our ships are not as capable as the RAM system we plan to replaces them with. And the Sew Sparrow as been planned for replacement by the enhanced sea sparrow for years. All this is to ensure that our sailors are safe for any misfortunes that may hit them from enemy missiles or planes." But is this just another plan for the government to show off our technology to the nation, and will it hold any real benefits. I would like to see the results of these new systems in six years when all ships have been fitted with them!
