Government

Head of State
The head of state is the Sancta or Sancte that takes power and usually is a prominent voice in the shevs. Though with the mysterious disappearance of the heir Sancta, STIA has frantically been searching for her as there are other groups who wish to find her. So far nobody is in the Position of Sancta/Sancte.

Levels of Government
First: The Res'shev, Headed by Pri'mav Amelio Parpaski
Res'shev manages Iel'shevs and has the power to sack certain mavs of the Iel'shev while the Iel'shev is allowed to elect their highest Mav to represent their region in the Res'shev. The Res'shev is the highest law in the land. Whatever is said by the Res'shev is done without question
Second: Iel'shev
Iel'Shevs make local laws and regulations that the Res'shev have not already made but are under close watch of the Res'shev. The Isel'shev also manages the various Pol'shevs of the region.
Third: Pol'shevs
Local Senates which have elected scholars of the cities that they manage. They manage infrastructure of the city that they inhabit and sometimes make laws.

Mafia and the Government
Common knowledge is that the Mafia has connections with the Res'shev (Primav Amelio and (head of mafia) Dire Vendecci Parpaski are cousins). Many of the politics of Ozia have been influenced by the Mafia but discretely. Since the Mafia owns about 45% of the Ozian Markets they have also managed to gain their own Armies which help fight with Civil Disobedience and also help with Law and Order. It is also asked how Ozia is able to be stable with a Mafia, wouldn't it have already taken over Ozia? The Answer is, The Ozian Government already has been injected with the Mafia

49th Ianuav- Known for their efforts Last stand against 500,000 Moacians at the Battle of Vilo where 22,000 soldiers of the 49th Blue Army Ianuav held off the 500,000 Moacian attack.
293rd Ianuav- Known for their unforgettable Paratroop over St Oz City and clearing out Moacian Invaders from the City, protecting Sancta Amelia Lavi Oz
934th Ianuav- Known in the late nineteenth century Trench Wars with Moacia to hold their lines against wave after wave of Moacians when other Ianuavs, including the 1st pulling back. They alone pushed back the large charge and even did a dauntless charge at the Moacian lines, gaining land for Ozia.
666th Ianuav- Known for their Crude tactics, This Ianuav was formed when Sancte Yelvin Shia Oz needed help attacking Moacia and gathered volunteers from the very distant Fre'zhi settlement, 20,000 Volunteers joined him as they went into Moacia. These Fre'zhi were brutal to those they killed, chopping up bodies, drinking human blood , sacrificing the dead bodies for Gaea by eating their tongues, and for their Unusually Red Eyes. They are known as the Blood Ianuav, the Ianuav of Satan (by catholic nations who have encountered them), and the Curse of Gaea. In reality these Fre'zhi are thought to have seen too far (by legend) in the deep Ozian Wilderness. Having to resort to desperate measures to survive in the Harsh climate. No body goes to waste because their bodies belong to their Tribe. As true as they are Cannibals they are also fierce and strong Warriors whose eyes scare even the bravest of people.
