Question 1: I read about the exercise in Warzone Africa.  Will a similar exercise be taking place anytime soon?  If so, where?  when?

Question 2: The OP mentioned that Taijitu's Army may be used to defend our allies.  Which regions are we allied to?

I have one question.  If I joined the Taijitu Army would I have to participate in every attack we make or every defense we make? Let's say that I can't attend one because of too much work or something, will I get kicked out?

1: If there is interest there will be more exercises.  It looks like there will be another one.  The time and place will be delivered to members via PM once I have them sorted.

2: The regions we have an embassy open with.

No, obviously you cant take part in attacks you are not there for.  Nor, would I kick you out.  However it would be nice to make as many missions as we can.

Question;
Is it possible to (succesfully) invade a region whose founder is still around?  Do they retain the ability to do whatever they want with the region even if they're not delegate?

EDIT: Also, call me a newb, but what's a warzone?

You enlist in the thread in the MoD office

You can "invade" a region with a founder, but it is a waste of our time.  They might be in full controll for a bit, but if the founder is active he can stop the situation.

A warzone is a game created region for training.

Currently I am "in charge" but elections just happened.
