The International Court of Justice of the International Peace Organisation Treaty,
February 2008

1.   The headquarters shall be found in the country of Templarios with all offices and courts based there also excepted for any regional offices that may be need at a later date based in other countries. No judicial decisions may be taken outside of the court and no other courts may be set up outside of Templarios.
2.   There shall be 3 judicial experts (must be lawyers or judges of home nations), along with all staff needed, shall be sent to Templarios with one member of the judicial experts appointed head as the national delegate.
a.   The head judge shall be a judge of the ICJ from which pool two judges are chosen for each case along with the head judge
i.   Unless the defendant is of the same nationality of the head judge, or has some other area of bias, in which the vice-head judge shall take his/her place
ii.   National delegates shall be removed from the pool of judges available for the trail if they have bias in the up coming trial such as nationality or some other area of bias.
b.   The two other judicial experts shall become the prosecutions lawyers and placed in a pool
i.   The prosecution judicial experts shall be removed from the pool of prosecution available for the trail if they have bias in the up coming trial such as nationality or some other area of bias.
ii.   If the defendant has no legal representation, the judicial experts from his/her home nationality shall be become defence council.
1.   If only one of the two judicial experts is needed for defence council, the other judicial expert shall be removed from the available pool of prosecution due to bias.
3.   The court shall operate under the Inquisitorial system (This would deny the importance of lawyers and place the verdict more firmly in the hands of the judges).
4.   The head and vice-head judge shall be elected from the pool of judges.
