ooc:wth is going on, do you have a Mulder and Scully?

ooc: no idea what is going on. All I have is large police force and some well trained professionals in the investigations division.

"Was it a chemical agent?"

The Canadian delegate turned to one of the guards. "Have all the guards been alerted?" The guard nodded. "Yes they have." The delegate helped the man up. "Get a doctor for this man." Memories of his time as a solider came back. He turned to the other guards. "I want the police called now. Get the paramedics. Put us at lock-down. We don't want anyone to leave this building." The guards nodded and rushed as their orders were given.

[Xyrael]

Saito Gaku turned away from the Terrangar delegate. "Perhaps," he spoke softly, "it is fitting for me to play the part of the five year old child. Who else here speaks for them. We've lost our faith in this organization."

Gaku sighed, moving towards the door. "When you can give your answers to the hundred million slaves of Sel'ia, then you can give them to me." Guards rushed passed him towards the room, but he brushed past.

Inspector Tloloc had been prepared to go home when the news reached the Police HQ.
A dead at the IPO HQ, probably a murder case or even a terrorist attack.
When he arrived at the place half an hour later he had to struggle trough solid traffic.
Police and Military had blocked the all roads around the HQ as well as diverting all pedestrians around the area.
His cell phone rang.
"Stephan? This is Pjedro from HQ. Just to inform you the police and coast guard have all Air ports and Harbours under control.
The Air Force is guarding the sky. There isn't a mouse getting out without being noticed.
This is a big one, this place crawls with high level delegates so be careful."

"Dont't worry. " he answered. "When haven't i been careful"
He approached the entrance were a group of soldiers stopped his car. While they checked his passport he saw men in protective gear entering the building. They were wearing IHAO patches on their bright orange chemical suits.
"Now I am starting to worry" he tought.

[Delfos]

*phone at the Bohemia embassy rings*
"Please transmit this to the man in charge since we can't reach him, me, Kein Swotten, on behalf of the New Delfos Supreme Council of the United People's Council of New Delfos, wish to express condolences to the Bohemian political body and family of the Mrs *whatshername* IPOD of Bohemia."

After IPOD Bruno Paiva got to know about the message, he and Yuri P. went to where the bohemian suite was located, unfortunately every way was barricaded by Terrangarian police and IHAO quarantine, Paiva walked to a police officer to try to know anything else besides the rumors flying around.

"Excuse me, officer? Could you inform me in any possible way, like for example, what happened so that IHAO inspectors are needed under this conditions?"

Oscar French, the Canadian delegate had gotten off the phone with the Bohemian embassy. He wasn't the only IPO delegate who did it. He picked up his cane and pushed himself up. Oscar put on his overcoat and walked out of his office. He walked through the halls as IHAOs and Terrangarian police officers were walking back and forth from the Bohemian office and the front door. He limped to the Bohemian office. Oscar saw the Delfian delegate Bruno at the crime scene asking an officer something. He walked up to Bruno. "Bruno, what's going on? What is with all the IHAOs?"

upon entering the room even the coroner vomited. the scene was one of ritual slaughter, fleshless corpse hanging by well placed hooks. eventualy someone is able to get beyond the initial horror of the scene and discovers what appear to be runes carved into the strips of shin that are themselves organized into runes.

eventualy it will be realized that this stands for "all who are weak deserve only destruction."

[Feniexia]

"How dare you!", Feniexian delegate Ikari shouted angrily at some of the guards standing near the gate. "Let me through immediately! You can't lock me in here, I will not stay here in the same building with declared enemies of the Empire and terrorists for who-knows-how-long."

As the guard showed not much intentions of moving aside, Ikari (who calmed down a bit now) added: "I am Feniexian Administrator. I have 2 members of the Royal Guard right outside under my command. I demand that you open the door for me. Now."

The guard raised an eyebrow, then he responded, trying to keep polite. "Sir, we can't let you out.  This building is under quarantine. It is possible that chemical weapons have been released, and if I let you out now, you may not only die, but also spread the agent and infect other IPO personell."

Ikari looked away from the guard for a short time, then he asked: "Then I demand my guards to enter this building. They can wear NBC equipment, they can resist possible agents."

"Sorry Sir, but this is not possible. My orders are to carry out with highest priority to ensure safety. Nobody must enter or leave this building. That's what they said."

"Safety? Your commander defines "safety" as "locked up with a murder and delegates of hostile nations"? I warn you. If anything happens to me, you will pay for it."

"Sir, I am not responsible for the orders given to us, just for following them. Speak to the commander if you have any issues with our orders."

Ikari just nodded. "I see. Excuse me."
He then quickly walked in the direction of his office, constantly watching his back. Usually, he was not that impulsive or impolite, but currently, the situation was just giving him the creeps.

[Pachamama]

A man in an NBC suit wearing IHAO letters walked out of the room and up to a group of waiting men.
"Delegate Paiva? I am Jhon yoxtol IHAO NBC unit. I just wish to inform you that no biological or chemical agents were found. Also a radiation check yielded nothing. I think we can lift the quarantine."
Another man in a suit walked up to the group presenting a ID.
"Good day gentlemen. i am Inspector Tloloc and this is my assistant Detective Ixtl." he said pointing towards a middle aged woman with distinctive Terrangan features.
"We are from the homicide department and I need to speak to the Administrator to get permission to send in our forensics team."

[Delfos]

ooc: Kein is a councilor of ND SpCouncil, officially the vice-president of ND, he's in ND, not terrangar. the delegates in the "crime scene" are IPOD Paiva and Yuri Papovic.

ic: Bruno Paiva -"I don't know much more than you, Oscar, the IHAO inspector just told me the area is free from biological or chemical agents..."

ooc: If necessary, RP Saito Gaku being taken somewhere by guards. He's probably not left the area yet. I assume it's necessary to take in all possible suspects, and I'll take control of him if it's required. He won't be the happiest man alive, though.

I call the IPO to order.

Guards, secure the building and no-one is allowed to leave.

All weapons must be handed in now or the guards are ordered to use any force necessary to disarm. We will all meet in the conference hall in 30 minutes. I will want answers and i will also want solutions.

[Pachamama]

The two policemen held handkerchiefs in front of their faces before they looked inside the now empty room.
they looked around.
"So we have a ritual killing here. A woman and 4 men hanging from the ceiling.
A lot of blood on the floor so they can't be dead for long. Or they were even alive when it happened."
the Inspector said while a cop outside took notes.
"Reminds me of those lunatics from the "Order of Violet" almost 20 years ago."
The woman replied.
"I doubt it. They were psychopaths but not terrorists, besides they all are still in prison serving lifetime sentences." the female detective responded.
"If they were alive they must have been drugged, otherwise there would have been a struggle and that would not go unnoticed. Also you would need a large group of strong people to do something like this."
The Inspector turned towards the delegate from New Delfos.
"Can you get me a delegate from Bohemia to retrieve any classified documents as we search the room?
Also I need to ask the personal when the delegate was the last time seen alive.
And I need the names of anyone on this floor from then to now." he said to one of the guardsmen.
"Another problem delegate is that most personal here are representatives of foreign countries and as such they have diplomatic immunity, but if someone could ask them politely if they would be willing to answer some questions?"


ooc: Neil you started this so if you have any more info that would come up trough forensics PM me. Also i need to know if it is okay with your people if the Terrangan police does forensic work. They will probably have to dissect the corpses.
