Mesdames et Messieurs,

take a look at the poll. All the T-people (Tacolicious tak Talmann and Thyatira ) are for the 'Taijituan'. If not the T-people should know better what T-aijitu-based adjectives or adverbs should look like, then who, I ask you?

This is a remarkably interesting observation.

I am assuming you count The Wonderful PUR  as a W or P person...
+++ The Holy and Gryphonnic Land of New Thyatira, +++
+++ Founding Nation of The Order of Gryphons +++

Under the overwhelming pressure applied by the Cookie Comrade I have been compelled to add the following: " this is true.  We owe you our thanks, oh grandfather of everything that is Awesome."
I thus accept the title Grandfather of Awesomeness.

Taiji: Informal

Taijitan: Formal

The lighting fox has spoken!

Also, notice...it's the Taijitan Code of Laws.

"I believe every single person is extraordinary. The tragedy is that we
have a society where too many people never get to fulfill that
extraordinary potential. My view – the liberal view – is that
government’s job is to help them to do it. Not to tell people how to
live their lives. But to make their choices possible, to release their
potential, no matter who they are. The way to do that is to take power away from those who hoard it. To challenge vested interests. To break down privilege. To clear out the bottlenecks in our society that block opportunity and block progress. And so give everyone a chance to live the life they want." - Nick Clegg, Leader of the Liberal Democrats and Deputy Prime Minister of the United Kingdom

Dammit.  How about we just call everyone/everything Taiji?

OK...what about Tai?  Sure, we might have to change the currency's name, but it would work.

I will stand behind 'Taijituan' both firmly and steadfastly, unto death.  I hereby designate PUR as my beneficiary.  All my Tai to you, dearest, at the time of my demise.

Because, of course, "Finish Her" doesn't sound like double entendre at all.

I've used all forms of the word at some point or another, though I tend to stick with Taiji, as it's shorter, easier, and does not insist upon itself as much as the other two. I don't think any is superior to the other though.
