I am seriously wondering how many topics and letters you have to write to become an citizen or any higher ranking member of this Forum. Hmm??? I am very curious to know

To become a citizen, just go and apply here.  And while I'm at it, there's a Guide to Taijitu that will help you figure all that sort of thing out here.   :)

Oh and FYI, you don't need a certain post count to become a citizen.
