Currently, our policy is that all of our ingredients are guaranteed to be from the Mercantilist States, so can not import foreign grains. However, a recent policy change has allowed us to expand our tobacco production to beyond the Mercantilist States, and we are interested in purchasing farmland to grow tobacco. We would also be willing to invest in a port facility to help facilitate export of said tobacco.

Additionally, we can also construct a distribution facility for our products at said port city, and/or in your capital city to expand distribution of our products in your nation.

My districtorial head manager of Nu Sai inform me that there is 16 square miles of land zoned for foreign commercial usage, three miles from Nu Sai. We are not certain of its quality for tobacco cultivation, but it is quite fertile. The districtorial managers at Nu Sai are prepare to meet any request or needs you have in completing this project, both the port and plantation. Our only condition is that you must only employ locals and pay us 8 000 000 tallents for the land. No land tax would be collected and your country would hold judicial control over the plantation (Except under situation of war or social strife). I hope this deal is acceptable.

We have contracted the Aliburten Corporation from the Mercantilist States for construction of our facilities and a port facility who shall employ locals for the construction and maintenance of our facilities. Additionally, we would like to establish a distribution facility in Nu Sai for easier storage and sale of our products.

We are happy that this business proposal has been accepted. You have given us much needed foreign reserves, one of a rather "adequate" currency.

As for your requested distribution center, we are evaluating its acceptability. The centre would have to be restrict to Na Sui's coastal areas, as we have lack of any rail system connecting this future port with the rest of our country. Your retail business is also limited to local Nu Sai and foreign locations I'm afraid. The "national" roads have not been built or regulated for automobiles and we can't have foreigners moving freely around the districts without a visa or escort. Please wait for a couple of months till we get our rail transport system going and official visas printed before conducting business with the rest of the demography. We apologize for this inconvenience. We would be happy to facilitate any local business within Na Sui.
