URGENT! Missing Surveyor

Today, Na Sui authorities have issue a missing person report regarding San Wai, of the State Surveyor Agency. San Wai was last seen two weeks ago in a SSA motor boat, before he was abducted by a large unknown vessel. San Wai and his team were conducting coast surveys northwest of Salestia, on board the SSA clipper, Sperca. He and his team were blew off course by a storm that hit them while they were taking sea depth measurements. The crew of the Sperka reports that they end up near a indistinct coast, so San volunteer to head for shore in the ship's motor boat to look for locals able to give them bearings. It was then that the unknown vessel appear from around a coastal bend and pull up against San's boat. His colleagues witness that uniformed crewmen on the vessel were pointing guns at San, and were shouting at him. San was then pull out from his boat by a crewman and taken aboard the vessel.

The remainder of the surveyors' team manage to escape and return to Na Sui to notify authorities. San is the nephew of the Chancellor, and the shock of this news has befallen the leader's family. The government is calling for any country or individual with information to come forward. The government has no idea regarding the origin of the mystery vessel or the status of San Wai. Please come forward if you have any information regarding this incident.

Since we cannot rule out any possibility, is it possible a venturing Ozian vessel might had taken San Wai? Please check with your naval command if any of your ships had pick up a foreigner.

However, the craft which he was traveling by has been confiscated, and we suggest that the Chinese Loyalist government go through the proper channels to ensure its agency does not encounter future troubles with our Naval forces.
