Operation Comasere
Operation Comasere, the file name for Yaolin's defense plan in the situation of a shore takeover. Thankfully, the Dysanii forces were small.
Accord to the plan, the shore guns were to be kept quiet, and allow enemy landing craft to move in. This would keep damage to Yaolin's pristine naval facilities to a minimal from enemy bombardment. However, scatter mines took out a number of Dassie ships that strewn too close to the shoreline.
Seven sailing vessels, disguised as civilians manage to make it close enough to launch their hidden cache of Brahmos cruise missiles, taking out the Dassie aircraft carrier and several cruisers.
Local militia, numbering around 135 000, surrounded the Dassie LZ, hiding inside the thick sparse jungles and around nearby hills. Sniper teams took out patrol from the LZ.
Loyalist divisions numbering 20 000 from Anyia and Gandao arrived to Yaolin by midnight. They set up a counter base 7 km from the Dysanii LZ. Dassie planes had made attempt to take out the railway network, but tracked S-300 SAMs took out them before they could destroy a section with their ordinances.
Outnumbered, Operation Comasere made quick work of the Dysanii ground forces. LAW special ops made their debut by coordinating artillery bombardment on the base's air defenses. Free from SAMs, Su-29s took a large portion of the LZ with laser guided munitions. From there, Loyalist forces enveloped the LZ and made a joint three prong attack on the LZ. Hind squadrons from Gandao supported the assault. In four hours, the LZ fell to Loyalist forces. Officers were taken prisoner and POWs were sent to Gandao for interrogation and execution.
The fleet wasn't spare either. After heavy fighting with the superior flotilla of Dassie, Strike Fleet One was order to retreat to Na Sui for repairs. The remaining of the ships were left to the Loyalist Air Arms. Jamming stations were set up on shores and J-17s made attacks on Dassie warships with C-802 ASM missiles and Radiation Homing munitions. Support ships were a top target priority. Makeshift mobile launchers from shore fired cheap Silkworm-grade missiles on mass at the flotilla at an range. They were aim with little concern to accuracy, and some of them even lacked warheads. Around ten thousand of these "flukes" were launch, many of them missed their targets or were destroy by the AEGIS systems on board Dysanii warships. Their purpose...was not to cause damage, but to waste the dwindling AEGIS ammunition of the Dysanii warships and to overload the AEGIS tracking system for more lethal C-802s mix into the mass fire. One Dysanii cruiser manage to survive fifty-six Silkworms launched at it before falling to two C-802 ASM when it ran out of rounds for it's Phalanx systems. Far away from friendly territories and with their support ships mercilessly sunk, the Dysanii flotilla fell to starvation from lack of munition and fuel, in addition to constant attacks by LAA aircraft and mass Silkworm launches. A revived Strike Fleet One mopped up the remaining ships.
