As stated previously, I do fully recognize your colony to the south-west of my nation. I hope that all goes well with yoour delegation here, and hope to open a joint maritime patrol base to combat pirating, smuggling, and other illegal acts.

I hereby recognize your claim to the islands to the south-east of my nation. I ask that a delegation be sent here so that we may open dialogue, and come to a peaceful agreement upon territorial boundaries. As you notice I have a large military force currently 20 miles away from the coastline you just inhabited. I have ordered all units to stand by and stand down and to maintain a purely defensive position until you make your motives clear.

Thank you for accepting our delegation. Although armed conflict to the South-East startles us, we have been made very welcome in your fine city.

We are eager to discuss territorial claims, perhaps a small strip of mainland on the coast directly opposite Noveau Metz, trading and operations within the local waters, including piracy, smuggling and shipping lanes.

We also believe our established colony will be able to aid Whereamistani forces in the way of supplies to the region of mainland closest to the island, free of charge.

I will allow for a strip directly to the opposite of your colony for use by your government and military. The land will continue to be under IRRW control, however, I will allow your citizens to live/work/visit all of IRRW under a Visa program. I have also made available an Embassy within the capital to be used as you wish, while in the capital. The waterway will be handed over to your control. My naval forces are within your Chain of Command for Law Enforcement Applications.

With the assistance of the Air Force, the Bedouin Outlaw Insurgency was nearly demolished. Constant bombardment from the Air, Land and Sea ensured no survivors would be left. Military Operations continued to the East and little progress would be seen for some time. The military was relentless in it's goal to demolish all opposition to the planned explansion. 14 cities were being built in the west. This was the plan to eleviate the overpopulation problem from within the homeland. Of these cities Abbas City was to the crowning jewel. A hub of commerce, trade, exports and imports of the finest goods, and a mecca to the political powers of the region. This city was fit for a king. Six new Army Posts were being built, along with two naval bases, and two air force bases. A second International Air Port was to be built outside Abbas City. The IRRW/Dysanii Intl Airport was the great milestone to ensure an everlasting friendship  between the two countries. But to the East...Things were far from perfect...

In an attempt to exert their national strength the Nation of whereamistan has claimed large amounts of previously unclaimed land. The President has authorized the military to complete all operations deemed neccessary to protect national interests. Friendly relations have been formed with the nation of Dysanii. Relations with Irnotia are still tense and several units have been placed on standby. Military operations throughout the Sudani-Al' Akil Province have hampered all attempts to restore order and improve the way of life. Several dozen leaders from the Bedouin Oulaw Insurgency were executed by order of the Provincial Govenor. In the Mahmood Province, Police actions continue as search and clear operations end in success for finding the remains of the insurgent cells.

Our Military expansion is still classified, we have set our goals (look at last post, they send a picture showing the land not the movements) and have no intention of moving into any other lands that you are subjugating to the north. We also have no intention of reveling our military goals in the south. If you wish to have formal talks send us the details of a meeting to be held between our nations.
