Truth be told, I had to substitute decaf for most of the regular I normally drink not long ago.  Doc's orders.

Boy, I tell ya.  Cut the caffeine.  Don't smoke.  Don't drive on the sidewalk.  Don't run with scissors.  Where will it end??

people normally do not believe smoking can kill, i cant say my father died from it, but he did indirectly. Plus he couldn't even go down stairs for some beers without getting tired, with 50years? i hope i can still play basketball or whatever with 50.

Hot chocolate is the stuff I need in the morning.  I also drink herbal tea quite often, though.  There is nothing in the world quite so lovely as a steaming cup of peppermint tea, no sirree.

Have you ever tried iced peppermint tea?  Lovely in the heat of summer.  I grow a bed of it mainly for that very purpose.  That's the only time I ever put sugar in an herbal tea.  Otherwise, I prefer them without any sort of sweetener.

I know a wonderful recipe for some basil lemonade. You soak the basil in syrupized sugar. The syrupy sugar is them mixed with lemons. So good, but have to make sure you don't but to much of the syrup in or else you are screwed.

I'll have to try that one!  I just transplanted some basil into my garden yesterday.  Ahhhh, pesto.

You just soak the leaves, correct, not actually brew them?  I don't suppose I could coax you into sharing that recipe, could I?
