Yes to ^ everyone is. And it's much simpler if you keep ONE username for your account regardless of who/what your nation's current ruler is. Changing it oly makes the rest of us confused about who you are...

Nah, nevermind.  Too many penises would be involved... they might frighten PUR.  ;)  Also, Oz is correct.  We added a cute hat with a ribbon, and some extra frills around the collar.

Plus I want to wear my pretty dress...
