Earlier today I was notified that the forum, and other taijitu sites were down.
I figured out the cause-- an inefficiency in a script I'd been running caused our database access to be very inefficient and DreamHost, as a quick fix to the inefficiency problem deleted the database user our sites were using.
I have now fixed the inefficiency and took the opportunity to switch our sites over to a different user which is slightly more secure.
