Title: Forum, wiki, etc were down

Earlier today I was notified that the forum, and other taijitu sites were down.

I figured out the cause-- an inefficiency in a script I'd been running caused our database access to be very inefficient and DreamHost, as a quick fix to the inefficiency problem deleted the database user our sites were using.

I have now fixed the inefficiency and took the opportunity to switch our sites over to a different user which is slightly more secure.

If any site is still not working, do feel free to tell me at eluv...@taijitu.org or otherwise contact me.

I remain at your service keeping taijitu.org up.

PS: someone should remove my "Minister" mask IMO.
