Whoever wins, many lulz will ensue.

However, if zombie Luxembourg enters the fray, the outcome in her favorcannot be in doubt.

Zombie Lenin would win, but suffer a near-fatal wound that would begin to recover but become infected and kill him weeks later.

Zombies are immune to infection:

Quote
Wouldn't it be poetic to destroy things infected by a virus [Solanum, the virus that reanimates zombies] with another virus? Unfortunately, this is not an option. Viruses attack only living cells. They have no effect on the dead. The same is true of bacteria. Several laboratory attempts have been made to culture and spread necrotizing fasciitis(a flesh-eating bacterial disease) among captured zombies. None have proved successful
from The Zombie Survival Guide by Max Brooks, 2003. (Chapter 2: Weapons and combat techniques, Section 7: Other weapons, Subsection 3: Biological Warfare. Page 55.

They are both immortal! The only possible result from a Reagan-Lenin throwdown will be the universe's destruction.

No multi-part system is immortal. Any could be broken down into atomic particles, destroying all chemical, electrical and physical activity and relationships.

Of course the energy required may lead to said universe's destruction.
