Loose leaf green tea steeped in water that's just below the boiling point  :wb:

Mint tea, Chai Tea, Earl Grey, Orange Pekoe... all sorts of great teas out there, far too many to name.

Personally I like my tea straight, on occasion with a slice of lemon
