Now why can't I be a pirate and just skip all of that messy killing?  Sail around the tropical islands, wearing my wenchy pirate girl garb, teaching my parrot to say things like "Thar she blows" and "Well blow me down" and "What scurvy dog drank all the coffee" and "Ahoy ye scallawag, no cookies for you!"

Well, don't blame me when you're all riddled with scurvy and missing limbs.

Oh, and a word of advice: if the Pirates of the Carribbean films have taught me anything, it's that no pirate crew is complete without a monkey and a midget.
