What does it mean?

in Italian, it is simply onomatopoeia, imitating the sound of glasses clinking...in Japanese, name for body part the fellas have that the girls don't.
Didja know that the tradition of clinking glasses comes from a time in history when poisoning at the round table was popular? In response to the problem, when local leaders met together everyone was required to pour a bit of their drink into the next guy's chalice, that way, if anyone was poisoning, everyone would be poisoned..clinking glasses was a way of saying, not to worry, I trust ya.

Well, on good days, yes. Glad to see that the party is atleast attempting to discover what are the membership counts of the other boards...perhaps a Senate proposal can be made that introduces an activity prerequisite for the Zocalo childboards; after 180 days of no activity, it can be substituted with a more active one?

can't help but agree with ya there, lol. I mean, if my Senate application isn't responded to than I can hardly introduce new legislation...

My Senate application has been responded to? Odd, I just reread it and zippo....( or if it's been responded to I'm cluesless as to where and by whom...unless silence IS the response.Perhaps you misunderstood what I was referring to.

In any case, I ask for your humble opinion on why you don't think it would pass?

Click on the link in Allama's post

I dont think it would pass because its not needed as this area has low use. There is more pressing matters such as judical law and the loss of nations in the region. Also the senate (as a whole) believes in less legislation compared to other regions i have seen who have laws for everything little thing. Others can disagree with me here but i dont think it would pass even if it got to a vote. sorry.

Thanks for the link...don't think I'd of found otherwise....
No need to apologize Temp--I asked for your opinion......Certainly the rapidly diminishing pop. count and current judicial undertakings would and should be priorities.....

SOMETIMES flexibility regarding forum procedure can stimulate activity, my idea is not about creating more legislation or policy for it's own sake, but rather in hopes that attention and stimulation can be drawn to areas of stagnation.

That would be the responsibility of the minister who controlled this area more than the senate
