Orion Ac-43, a a country in which the temple rules above all, the temple is an underwater glass dome, in which leaders and civilians alike may pray and learn from Orius, emmisionary to the gods. 

Orius and the council of Aquaris (major god) approve all mechs machines, and scientific advances.
