so how has life been darlin?

[Allama]

"Thank you, Neil," Alana said as she sipped a bit of her drink.  "Life has been going fairly well as of late, I'm happy to report.  I'm getting another job, of course, so things may be a bit busier than usual on the home front, but all will be well if it helps pay the rent, as they say.  How does the day find you, gorgeous?"

[Khem]

bored yet going towords my goals, so its going quite good i should say. i should be driving again in about three months, bartending within five months and going back to college as soon as i can. i am shooting for Ivy League this time.

[Allama]

"That's lovely, Neil!  Bartending can be a profitable venture, especially if you work somewhere classy or busy.  What university do you plan to attend?"

[Khem]

Going for Brown, they happen to have one of the best genetics programs in the world and are one of the few places to teach bio-ethics. i think i will go take my SATs over again before applying.

[Allama]

"What an intriguing field of study!  I'd wish you the best of luck if I didn't already know you'd do fantastically; you're clearly an intelligent man, after all," Alana said as she finished off her biscuit.

[Gulliver]

*Pragmia walks in and looks around in confused wonder*

Since when was this whole affair here?

[Khem]

months prag months.

[Allama]

"Come and have a sit, Prag.  Tell us about your day while I go get you some coffee.  Or would you prefer tea?"

[Pachamama]

*Pachamama walks in and takes a seat at an empty table*

Good evening. Could I have  some green tea. And a beer for everybody on me.
I just got my Citizenship.

[Allama]

"Gorgeous, Pacha!  I'll fix you up with a tea myself; it would seem the waitress is on hiatus at the mo'.  I hope you don't mind loose-leaf tea; I'm morally opposed to the bagged stuff on account of it being crappy."

Alana hands Pacha a steaming cup of green tea, and slides a tasty brew over to Prag.  "I'll certainly join you for that beer later, though I'll have to make mine a glass of wine instead.  Shall we meet in the Tavern, then?"

[Pachamama]

"Aaah the real stuff. Yes loose leaf is the best. Don´t they say it´s good luck if a leaf swims on the tea?
Don`t remember it completely.  And thank you very much "

"Pragmia my good man. It is a pleasure to meet you here. You were the one who invited me over and I would like to thank you for that."

[Allama]

"It's been almost a month since I had a nice cup of coffee?  For shame, Alana!"

Alana makes herself a hazlenut latte.

[Khem]

* Neil go's into the cafe and turns on the lights, gets the coffee going, places the ashtrays around, reheats last nights pastries and puts out the open sign.

*yawn*

"well maybe business will be good today..."

* Neil grabs a coffee a and a smoke.

[Allama]

* Wanders in 20 minutes later and grabs a buttermilk scone.
