I offer St Oz to join me as my candidate for the Vice Delegacy, assuming he will offer me the same on his ticket so that we can both have legitimate candidacies.

No Vice Delegate has been nominated. Therefore, only a Delegate will be selected and the Vice Delegate seat will remain vacant. Due to 1 day of delay, voting will end November 10th, instead of November 9th. Good luck.

EDIT: One problem experienced last time was with getting ballots to people. Please make sure your forum e-mail is valid in order to get your ballots.

EDIT x2: I realized that a Lieutenant Delegate is necessarily required by law. Despite the fact that the ballots have already been sent, I am going to, due to the need for a Lieutenant Delegate by law, advise everyone to consider the Lieutenant Delegate candidate in this election to be St. Oz, as the candidate running for Delegate must select a Lieutenant Delegate candidate on his own accord. St. Oz was the first name submitted and will be used given the fact that two potential candidates were mentioned.

I'm not trying to make a mockery of the system, I just think it's a big disadvantage if citizens don't receive ballots, and worth pointing out that this is currently the case.

Let's be fair to Funkadelia. We have a law that requires him to do things this way.

We should probably fix that to be less complex and fragile.
