I have voted for Eluvatar.

I hope that we have a constitutional convention and agree to stop using Civs.

Also requiring a Vice Delegate seems silly if they are not required to be in the WA and not required to have any involvement in the regions government.

We don't need a constitution convention for that, just repeal the law/clause that requires it.
