Description: WA Security Council Resolution #24: Condemn Great Nepal shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
Argument: RECOGNIZING That Great Nepal has reformed its ways and is now a leading power and not as warlike as it was in the Old Days,
NOTING That while it did commit Violations of Human Rights, it has put a end to them and supported many Resolutions on Human Rights,
FURTHER REALIZING That while Great Nepal had been building Weapons of Mass Destruction many other Nations, in or outside the WA have been building such weapons,
DECLARING that SECURITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION # 24 CONDEMN Great Nepal Should Be Repealed
HEREBY REPEALS World Assembly Security Council Resolution #24 Condemn Great Nepal
