Description: Noting that The Black Riders recently conquered the region of Deep Space, and unlike previous raids on this small, peace-loving region, the Riders have established an occupying force to maintain a stranglehold.

Furthermore, during this occupation, the invading forces have treated the resident nations with undue harshness. All messages on the Regional Message Board are suppressed, and any request for the invading forces to withdraw is met with belligerent mockery and insult.

Believing the residents of Deep Space have the right to be free, hereby liberates Deep Space.

It's a bit odd, this one. It doesn't seem that the current delegate of Deep Space is actually of TBR-- I think they're just inactive. (Nor is there a password, obviously).

Edit: Nor have I seen any evidence that the residents of [region]Deep Space[/region] want a Liberation.
