Request to open an embassy

Hello, I am Moosewood Maple from the region of Babileah.  Babileah is a very young but growing region.  I hope to open an embassy here.  I'm already impressed with how active and strong Taijitu is. 

I believe I know where to open the embassy, but want the OK before I do so.
