I'm fine with the general rule of no future tech, but I'm sure we can give KR a limited, nonreproducible, say about 20 Power Armor guards? If it's so necessary for his nation's background, I feel he should be allowed it.

Thanks for the warm wellcome, and Elu, it would be 16 suits total and it wouldn't be possible to make more as the raw material was indigenious to the lex lol... (the carnifexes's carapace is what was used for making it)

Come on King Rat, lets found the "Organisation to allow Power Armor and all that nice stuff as long it´s expensive enough that it won´t get a mass production" ^^

And why not a crashed spaceship? Does that gives that much advantage to KR?
