Welcome to Taijitu! Glad to see you join us! The first thing you will want to do, is apply for the WA (The NationStates equivalent to the UN) first. Then, sign up to be a citizen, which can be done here. Any other information that you may need can be found here. Hope to see you around for a while  ;)
