Another New nation

The Republic of Yelesk is newly found, and accepted an offer to join the region. I pretty much know nothing about game mechanics, but I plan on shaping my nation as a Communist Authoritarian government led by a benevolent dictator. We don't think the government should have to worry about peddling to the masses, so democracy isn't as important as efficiency in taking care of society as a whole, as opposed to letting the righ get rich and the weak getting weaker. As I said earlier, I'm brand new so any advice/input/next steps would be appreciated.
