Well, this is my first time playing Nation States, and due to a disturbingly quick recruiting telegram a Tajitu
recruiter, I have found myself on this board and the Tajitu region.
This, I believe is the 'official' synopsis of my country, Cado Deus;

The Armed Republic of Cado Deus is a tiny, safe nation, remarkable for its compulsory military service. Its hard-nosed population of 5 million are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.
The enormous government juggles the competing demands of Social Welfare, Healthcare, and Education. The average income tax rate is 36%, but much higher for the wealthy. A small private sector is dominated by the Uranium Mining industry.
Crime -- especially youth-related -- is well under control, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Cado Deus's national animal is the manticore and its currency is the shyr.
Regardless, I thought I would make my *first* post on these forums. Hopefully the woeful quality of this post will blend in with that of all the other newbies.
If, amazingly, anyone who has a decent experience at Nation States reads this, I enter a heartfelt plea for
mentoring, or just a little guidance.
