At the Xyraeli Embassy in the capital of Dysanii, a secret meeting was being held. Elsin Vassa, former elementary teacher, sits in a fine chair behind the ambassador's desk. Two Xyreali guards watched him, their hands near their guns.

"So, do you agree with this arrangement? I'm sure it will benefit the Eastian Faction greatly, to have a friend on the South Continent."
