Our nation does not want a war, withdraw your forces immediately and cease your hostility.

The Workers' Social Democracy of Gallipoli-China recognizes the Declaration of War by the Empire of Dysanii, and wishes to warn the Empire of Dysanii that is is making a terrible mistake.  Your colonies will be liberated, your bourgeoisie dispossessed, and your nation's military ground into the dust if you persist in this sort of rash action.

If at any time you wish to rescind your declaration of war against ourselves or our allies, we will be happy to discuss peace terms.  Until that time, it is you who will be dying, not us Communists.

Due to this unwarranted attack on our glorious alliance the people of Llanydern demand the following:

1. that all Dysanii forces immediately surrender to UASS military personnel

2. that Dysanii de-militarize

3. that the Dysanii empire disband and all former colonies become protectorates of the UASS until such time as they are able to stand on their own

4. that Dysanii become a protectorate of the UASS until such time as a unanimous vote of all council members in favour of such action is made

5. that the leaders of Dysanii should surrender themselves for trial for war crimes

6. that (equivalent) one million pounds compensation be paid for each life lost through Dysanii action

Dysanii does not deserve occupation and outrageous compensation. All you need to do to secure your alliance is cause Dysanii to surrender. War itself is not a war crime. Myroria will not interfere with your war, but if my government finds that you have forced your ideology onto them, or demanded outrageous tributes, we may interfere on behalf of the occupied people.

Llanydern's demands are not the demands of the United Axis of Socialist States, though should we publish our collective demands, some of their demands would certainly be included.  For instance, the liberation of Dysanii's colonies and the demilitarization of their homeland would probably find their way into joint UASS demands, though actual occupation of Dysanii proper is not on the agenda.

Llanydern does not want to occupy Dysanii, we are mearly saying that they should be disarmed for a period, during this period as they cannot protect themselves they should be protected from would be aggressors, as we (the UASS) are the cause of their disarmament it is fair that they be protected by us, if you want to lend military forces for their protection we would welcome them.  We are also not going to thrust our ideology onto them, we will make sure that on the end of the war a free and fair election is held but that is all, their internal and external policy with the exception of warfare will be left up to them.  So you are saying that the lives of UASS citizens and their property is worthless, the money we have asked for is minimal, it is mearly so that the unprovoked aggression of Dysanii is seen to be punished and also it has not been discussed over what period they would pay this compensation. In fact it is Llanydern's intention to help Dysanii and her former colonies re-build after this war so that extremists do not take over again, which will no doubt take much more money then we are extracting.  War is not a reason for war crimes trials, however under Llanydern military law having calus disregard for the lives of those put under your command is a crime, this is what they will be charged with due to their decisions regarding the conscripts from southern ryzaria and as such a random cross section of soldiers from the southern ryzarian military will be the jury.  Also please note that just because they will be on trial doesn't mean that they will be found guilty.

So the people are not occupied but protected from external threats to their way of life

Their government is not interfered with

They are not going to be tried by a kangeroo court but by a traditional court much more like a civil court (so much more fair then what will happen to any of Llanydern's soldiers tried for the same crime as they will have a military tribunal)

The average Dysanii will not in any way be punished as we realize that under their system of government they cannot be held responsible for the actions of their country

Honored Emperor of Dysanii,

I have heard of your sudden and purposeless aggression against the people of so many nations, and I am deeply troubled  by it. For what reason do you fight this war?  For the sake of war itself and nothing else? I am the son of  a nation which for too long has dealt with violence and bloodshed, and I for one can tell you that arbitrary violence for the sake of itself will bring you nothing but ruin. Surely Heaven frowns upon you and what you are endeavoring to do. You have no hope of winning in such a situation, even if defeat does not come to you immediately. To persist in this battle on a whim of yours is foolishness, and you will inevitably face the repercussions for what you have done if you persist in these actions of yours. If you continue this war I cannot in good faith and practice support you and the destruction you threaten to bring to so many peaceful lives, and indeed may feel compelled to even turn against you.

The Loyalist Republic issues the following statement to the Dysanni government...

As of today, the state of total war between Dysanni and the Loyalist Republic has been suspend. Our relations would level down to "Non-Aggressive Hostility", where our troops will not invade your territorial jurisdiction, except in situation where you initiate conflict with our troops. we will continue to defend Llanydern from any Dysannian troops, and will continue to provide advisory and intel support to our allies. We are open to a peace agreement.
