High Speaker Dareth in his white robe stepped out of the Feniexian plane, followed by his three High Guardsmen. "Thou are greeted." he said politely but cold.

-----OOC-----
Dareth isn´t a nice person. Be aware of him and send your children at home because he might shout at them ^^

Chancellor Tricia Taraneva, Minister of the Peoples of Evermore, stepped out of the prototype HE-103 Airship proudly tattooed with many evermorian flags and logos. She looked around the airfield and signaled to the plane. It taxied down the runway as five men with Steyr assault rifles and Combat Armour followed her down the air strip.

The helicopter touched down at the airstrip, hovering above the ground before landing on the wet tarmac. The Tarrotown Trade Minister Harold D'Wayne and a single DGI agent armed with a AK-47 stepped out, followed by a small gaggle of advisors and waited for there transport to arrive.

"When do we want it?"
"A better education system!"
"Yay!"

a rather decrepit looking byplane made a rather nasty landing. its a wonder that the vehicle made mostly of duct tape actualy stood intact. out of the contraption fell a bespectacled uichi ryan woman. she looked to be of xyraeli descent, yet she was clearly uichi ryan by her style of dress. she stood up adjusting her leather jacket and pushing her glasses back up on her nose. she slowly looked about seeing the T-Town representative she made her way over that way. she had been taught that the people of T-Town were the only other ones who practiced elder worship.
with a skip and a bound she lurched at the T-Town group witha slightly demented smile on her face. an outsider might note she resembled a carnivor.
waving and flailing she shouted "Hey! T-Town guys wait up!" the same outsider might consider how such an interesting young woman came to be a representative here...

"Who the hell is she" D'Wayne wispered to the DGI agent.

"The Uichi Ryu rep, i believe" Agent Southwell replied.

D'Wayne gingerly extended his hand to the disturbingly upbeat woman.

"Want any help with your...erm...plane?"
"What do we want!"
"A better education system!"
"When do we want it?"
"A better education system!"
"Yay!"

High Speaker Dareth catched a short look in their direction. You can see he thinks something bad about such "crazy people". Then, he walked slowly further in direction of the meeting hall. His guards don´t even bothered, as they were trained for.

Chancellor Taraneva looks over the paper and whispers a few things into a cellular phone. After she closes the phone, she looks at the paper again and signs her name. "High Evermore agrees to the treaty."

King WAldo IV makes his entrance in a huff, it appears to the others that the king is extremly busy, for he has his entourage of paper holders and royal recorders at his side, informing him of constant news in his nation...For WAldo isn't very interested with international affairs, hes a good king, and cares only about the hapiness of his people. Nonetheless he makes time to socialize with his allies and be introduced to new additions to the "recognized world", and finally, he signs the treaty.

and then quietly takes his leave, making a point of thanking King Grayjoy II on his way out.

Dareth signed in a clear, flawless writing, "High Speaker Dareth of Feniexia".
Under this, he added his signature in a very complex and beautiful writing, Shyrie symbols.

Then, without a word, Dareth left the complex.

Two flushed looking women came hastily into the room. One was wearing rather ornate traditional dress, Queen Islandi, the other a suit, her assistant. Two body guards also came in, and situated themselves at the door.

"I apologize for being late, we have high winds in the winter, delaying my flight."

She and her assistant took the document and read it over. They then talked to eachother quietly in swahili for a few moments. Queen Islandi took out a pen and signed the document.
