I haven´t meant that I´ll want to use the propulsion as weapon, only as motor, as u-boats use them.

First, I must state the incredible indignity of corresponding with a "Council."  Any further correspondance between our nations will be carried out through personal contacts; I will not be debased to be the equal to a group, no matter how esteemed by your delusioned people.

Second, I demand that your field agents be withdrawn.  You have no right to have them in my country, and were the circumstances more favorable, you would pay for your insolence.

Third, though you have absolutely no right to make demands of me, I will comply with your request for the purpose of disproving your misconceptions.  Our military casualties number 504 in the second week, with 186 of those being deaths.  There were no "civilian" casualties.  Every single resident of Corfu was a traitor to the nation, and had forfeited their rights by refusing to disclose the wherabouts of the Capital Traitors; the Socialist leadership.  Our actions in Corfu were perfectly justified.  Even as you see, they are killing our soldiers, and must be punished.

We see now why your people quarrel with him, for he is a Philistine, a man with little knowledge of foreign cultures, a man not worthy to represent your people. We demand your party takes action to replace the disgrace that taints your country.

We will no longer settle for merely an apology. We have given you ample opportunity, and your hesitance is an insult in its own right. We demand the following:

• A formal apology from the standing party of Gallipoli-China.
• The immediate replacement or impeachment of your Prime Minister.
• The equal representation of all of your people based upon the principles of your "democracy".
  
• The cessation of hostilities at Corfu.

As members of the leading party of Gallipoli-China we, the Council, plea to you to notice the parasite that has become your 'esteemed' leader. Any failure to replace him will not be taken kindly by our tribal Council.
