The Mutual Defense Initiative is to be a defensive alliance between nations designed to defend against external aggression. It is to have no aggressive intent.
Aims:
-Prevent the invasion of signatory nations.
-Promote conflict resolution through peaceful means where possible.
-Harmonize the military forces of signatory nations so that if an invasion must be countered MDI forces can act in a unified manner.
