OOC: wouldn't this mean that in world war two you couldn't destroy statues of Hitler and in the second Iraq war America would have broken the law with that statue of Saddam?  not saying anything against that just wondering....

ooc: nice assumption, and i guess so, if this statues were of historical or cultural value. Maybe they could be kept away in a museum, but destroyed? Saddam's statue was awful anyway.
