Please be advised that the UASS Charter, which, as a newly-confirmed member, your nation is bound to follow, prohibits individual nations from making military agreements with non-members.  Such agreements must be negotiated on behalf of the UASS, must be confirmed by the UASS Council.  In light of these facts, Gallipoli-China requests that our Ambassador to Jutensa, John Peter Macrigiane, be a party to these negotiations.

We would like to know what kind of spying devices G-China operates with by intercepting a private message to the Parliament Speaker of Jutensa.
We are only making our great relationship with Jutensa stronger. This is not a military agreement, it's a cooperation with Jutensan Coastal Guard and the construction of Delfo-Jutensan structures to aid that cooperation. Anyhow, I have contacted the Councilors and they have agreed that if required straighting things up, Ambassador Yuri Papovish will answer any question and will link whoever G-China appoints for this meeting with the Supreme Council so that we can find an agreement as soon as possible. I am ordered to proceed with the Treaty as you might understand.

OOC: naw I'm against deleting, let it be just RP normally and arrange some kind of meeting so we can clear this. If you have no way to know how you intercepted the message just say you used the intercepting ability my military satellite has, we borrowed to your intelligence (if you have any :p).

Gallipoli-China employs no spying devices on nations such as New Delfos, that we trust to the utmost.  The military satellite that you lent to us was one of the satellites used to transmit the message to Jutensa, and we thought it prudent to follow up on the information.  We had no idea that you were not planning a military agreement from the wording of your note, and felt the need to remind New Delfos of its obligations.  I'm sure that Ambassador Macrigiane will be able to clear the matter up at the meeting.

We would also like to introduce Ambassador John Peter Macrigiane of G-China for the meeting. We have to discuss legal matters and we can add more clauses to the treaty since we can deal with G-China about the maritime control. Since New Delfos is now part of UASS we have to take that in mind, and since then we would like to push your nation into the UASS, those are the matters we need to discuss int his first meeting.

We would like to introduce Ambassador John Peter Macrigiane for the meeting. We have to discuss legal matters and we can add more clauses to the Delfo-Jutensan treaty about maritime control. I would like your Ambassador to help me push Jutensa into UASS, or at least try to approve some sort of agreement since our treaty can now involve a military agreement, those are the matters we need to discuss int his first meeting.
